Ordering
Place Orders and Pay Online
This website is designed to make it easy for you to place your orders and pay online. We currently accept payment via Paypal or Bank Deposit.
Order Process:
- Place your order by clicking on items you will buy and click on “Add to Cart”. Click on “View Cart” and you will see your shopping cart where you can add or subtract orders. Enter your postal code and the system will calculate the shipping fee. Then proceed to “Checkout”.
- You can pay via bank deposit or Paypal. If you pay via bank deposit, kindly email your deposit slip to sales@thediscoverydepot.com. When funds have cleared, your purchase will be shipped out that day or the next. If you pay via Paypal, your purchase will be shipped out that day or the next.
- When your purchase has been shipped out, you will receive notification of waybill number via email. Please expect to receive your package the day after (within Metro Manila) and 2 days after (outside Metro Manila).
- RELAX and wait for your package to arrive!

Currently, we have no facility to accept credit card orders.
Purchase Orders
Corporate and institutional purchase orders (military, government, schools and universities) for orders exceeding Php 30,000.00 can be submitted by calling 661-5310 / 0923-8978918.
Credits and Balances Due
Any credits on your account with us will be refunded promptly. We will ask for your Paypal account or bank account number and refund the amount promptly.

Shipping Policy
Discovery Depot Ships Nationwide (Philippines)
We strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days of successful payment processing. The cost for shipping is determined by an algorithm that takes into account total weight and size of your package, as well as the destination zip code. Please see your shopping cart for the shipping charges pertaining to your order.

Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. In order to deliver your purchases to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, items that ship from the same location are grouped together. This could result in part of your order arriving at a different time, but still within the expected delivery window.
Delivering Your Package
We process and ship packages Monday through Saturday. At this time, we do not ship on Sunday, or holidays.
- Most items ship within 1-2 business days of successful payment processing.
Return Policy
Returning Merchandise
We will gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges if there is a defect in your package when you receive it. Kindly inform us within 3 days of receipt of any merchandise defect.
Merchandise will be accepted for return within 10 days of receipt. Customer bears the responsibility of returning the item to our office. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Customer must present shipping receipt as proof that item was bought at thediscoverydepot.com.
Damaged Returns
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away!
